The annual Audley Conference and awards ceremony took place this month. As always, it was a time to reflect on the successes and challenges of the previous year and to recognise the exceptional contrbution and performance by the Audley team.
The one day conference included presentations from Audley Group directors and a look back at 2018 whilst looking ahead to a very bright future for Audley Group.

During the Audley Conference, we were delighted to welcome the courageous Simon Weston CBE as our guest speaker. The former Welsh Guardsman became well known for his courageous struggle and his triumph over the devastating lifelong injuries he sustained during the Faulklands in 1982. Simon shared with our team his story of courage, strength and triumph in the face of adversity. His overarching message... sieze the moment and succeed at whatever you put your mind to.
The Audley Group annual conference continues to be a time to reflect on performance and our business, but most importantly on the exceptional difference our team members make to the lives of our owners and their families, Audley Club members and restaurant guests. We're all looking forward to what 2019 will bring.
