As well as her TV career and role championing health and fitness to the masses, Diana has written a series of books that inspire and motivate the reader to be more active and more healthy.
British TV journalist Anne Diamond recently interviewed fitness legend Diana Moran B.E.M (affectionately known as the "Green Goddess"), and our very own Audley Wycliffe Park was selected as the location. The program aired tonight as part of the Extraordinary Lives series on Viking.TV. Anne and Diana sat comfortably in the owner's lounge and library at our Horsley's Green retirement village and discussed various topics and highlights spanning Diana's long career, all focused on the importance of staying fit and healthy and keeping a positive mindset. Something that resonates with our homeowners and all of us here at Audley Villages. Diana lives by her own two simple rules - "Be more active and eat sensibly... When you stay active you improve stamina, strength, and suppleness.". You simply won't believe Diana's age.
Thank you to Anne, Diana, and the team for being such wonderful guests of Audley Wycliffe Park, it was our pleasure to host.
