Is there anything better than a cup of tea? The organisers of National Tea Day think not, and to mark the day’s 5th anniversary (and the Queen’s birthday, of course!), they'll be hopping on to Facebook and Instagram to host Britain’s biggest ever virtual tea party. #virtualteaparty
With a whole host of activities and masterclasses, the virtual party really has something for everyone, and it is inspiring many of us to host our own virtual tea parties when we can't be together!
From 7am until 7pm on 21st April, there will be non-stop action, including; morning Vitali-Tea Yoga, a Yorkshire Tea Loaf Baking Masterclass, TasTea Juicing, a Tea Break Quiz, A Little Persons Cup Cake Bake Off, Bettys Café Tea Rooms Interactive Competition Launch, Biscuit Baking, BeauTea tips with guest bloggers, Alcohol Free Cocktails and much, much more. All this talk of tea has got us excited for the afternoon tea we serve in our villages. Although our beautiful restaurants are temporarily closed, we're still working behind the scences and looking forward to making you a cup of tea soon.
