- For new reservations from 31st October 2024.
- Offer applicable when reserving a property before 31st January 2025.
- Contract completion must take place before 30th April 2025.
- Offer applies to selected new properties only, subject to status and availability.
- Not available on pre-owned properties or pre-sale properties not yet built, unless otherwise confirmed.
- This offer is not available on properties at Audley Shiplake Meadows or Audley Headley Court (both still in development).
- Audley will pay for a specialist advice package, removal fees and solicitors fees when Audley’s nominated companies are used.
- Audley will pay the cost of legal fees up to a value of £1,800 and removal fees up to £2,000
- Specialist advice package includes 20 hours with Senior Move Partnership.
- Audley will pay full stamp duty on a sole ownership basis.
- Based on single property Stamp Duty only. Audley will not pay Stamp Duty liable for a second property.
- Purchaser’s intention to take advantage of this offer must be disclosed at the time of reserving a property and recorded on the Reservation Form.
