STAMP DUTY PAID
BUY NOW AND MOVE IN BY SEPTEMBER
When you buy one of our last remaining new properties at Audley Stanbridge Earls, and complete by 30th September 2024, we will pay your full stamp duty.
Plus, we will give you £5,000 to spend on moving costs, including legal fees, removals and relocation services.
