We are proud to be named as one of The Telegraph's Great British Businesses in their recent online documentary series.
Downsizing can be a positive move and an opportunity to start afresh. As well as reducing high monthly outgoings and upkeep, it can also release equity. Whilst always a significant decision, many who have taken this step are relieved at being freed from the responsibility and cost of maintaining a larger property.

Audley Villages has been chosen as the Great British Business within the 'retirement living' sector. View the video above to visit the Telegraph's dedicated Great British Business website.
Audley Group Chief Executive, Nick Sanderson, was inspired to create the first UK luxury retirement village when he saw “an opportunity to improve the quality of residential care”. He opened Beaumont Healthcare at the age of 22 and was thereafter inspired to create the luxury Audley Villages brand we know today.
Irrespective of age, people are keen to remain independent for as long as possible, and many older people often enjoy a particularly active and social lifestyle during retirement. At Audley Villages, we provide an option for people to live in luxury properties, without compromising their lifestyle or their independence.
Audley Group is expanding and we have recently launched a new brand, Mayfield Villages, to meet the needs of customers in the mid-market. With many retired UK property owners considering downsizing, yet a shortage of properties to move into, there is a continued demand for more Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages.
