Reserve your property by 31st May and pick your perk

When you reserve a new property at an Audley village before 31st May 2025, you can choose your preferred perk. Choose between the following two offers. Plus, if you reserve in April Audley will cover your Monthly Management Fees for up to 43 months^.

  • Stamp Duty paid, up to £30,000*
  • Or, Estate Agent fees paid (Assisted Sale fee)**

What is a retirement village?

An Audley retirement village is a purpose-built beautiful and secure collection of houses, cottages and apartments, which are available to buy if you are over 55. At the heart of an Audley retirement village there is a centrepiece building, which houses the facilities of the Audley Club, of which you are automatically a member. The building may be a restored Tudor hall, a rebuilt Georgian manor or a refurbished Victorian villa with facilities including a restaurant, bar bistro, lounge, a health and wellbeing centre, treatment rooms and a swimming pool. You can even bring your pet.

What are the retirement living options?

Do you offer retirement properties to rent?

A rental option is only available on selected properties at Audley Cooper's Hill and Audley Nightingale Place. You are also able to choose whether to rent or to purchase at both villages. 

The properties listed here are the only properties available for rent at this time. At all other Audley villages, you own your home and are free to sell at any time on the open market.

If you wish to buy an Audley property but need a little longer to sell your existing home, the village may be able to offer a short term rent to buy option to enable you to move in sooner. This is subject to the lease term, property chosen and eligibility criteria.

Audley Mote House, situated near Bearsted in Kent within the picturesque 450-acre Mote Park, is an exclusive retirement village featuring 101 elegant cottages and apartments. At its heart stands a distinguished Grade II* listed Georgian mansion, originally built between 1793 and 1801 for the Earl of Romney by the renowned architect Daniel Asher Alexander, now meticulously restored to preserve its historic grandeur. 

The village is also home to the Audley Club, which offers a swimming pool, health club, restaurant, and bar-bistro, providing residents with a luxurious lifestyle. Upon moving to Audley Mote House, you automatically become a member of the club.
