ITV's Celebrity Chef, Dean Edwards will be welcomed by staff, owners and dinner guests at Symonds at Redwood near Failand, Bristol, for 2 nights (8th and 9th November), as he cooks a delicious four-course meal followed by a Q&A session.
The two exclusive evenings, promising a delicious four-course meal lovingly crafted by celebrity chef Dean Edwards, will take place on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th November.
Dean will be working with the Symonds at Redwood kitchen team, including head chef Nigel Jones, to cook guests a mouth-watering four-course meal. Throughout the evening, he will step out to introduce each dish and then take part in a Q&A at the end of the evening.
Guests also have the opportunity to upgrade to the Symonds private dining room for a VIP experience where they can meet Dean and receive a signed copy of his latest book ‘Cook Slow’.
The private room at Symonds restaurant holds up to 12 people. Kevin Green, General Manager at Audley Redwood said:

Symonds at Redwood, set within Audley Redwood luxury retirement village, is open seven days a week with lunch, afternoon tea and dinner on offer to owners and those in the local community. Seasonal menus are designed by the head chef throughout the year and diners can also enjoy the beautiful bar at the restaurant.
Dean rose to fame as a regular chef on ITV’s Lorraine and This Morning after coming second in BBC’s Masterchef Goes Large in 2006. He brings with him a wealth of experience and his ethos that food should be achievable, simple and above all taste fantastic.
